The first year of his career, Mr. Pope was employed with the King County Assessor's Office then moved into the fee appraisal industry in 1976 working in data collection for a commercial appraisal firm.  In 1977, Mr. Pope started appraising in the residential field and after 6 years, in 1981, William R. Coffin & Associates retained his services to manage the residential arm of a small commercial and residential shop in Redmond.  In 1992, Mr. Pope opened his own residential appraisal office.  Over more than 2 decades, he has managed, trained, organized, and implemented appraisal policy to provide clients with the highest quality appraisal reports and professional expertise.
